En esta secci\u00f3n de Azafr\u00e1n te presentamos diferentes recetas sabrosas, f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas para inspirarte a entrar a la cocina y sacar el chef que llevas dentro.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><b>Para el pollo: <\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 pechuga de pollo <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sal al gusto <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceite de oliva al gusto<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 diente de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 manojo de quirqui\u00f1a y huacataya <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limpiar la pechuga, sazonar y marinar con todos los ingredientes por 15-30 minutos en \u00a0fr\u00edo. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Continuar con el cremoso de choclo: <\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 1\/2 choclo <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cebolla blanca rallada <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/3 \u00a0diente de ajo rallado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/3 taza de leche evaporada <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sal al gusto <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 pizcas de Az\u00facar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1cucharilla de mantequilla <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceite vegetal <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agua<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desgranar el choclo y licuarlo con un chorro de agua. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calentar una caserola, agregar un chorrito de aceite y sudar la cebolla con el ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregar el licuado de choclo y cocinar sin dejar de remover, a\u00f1adir la leche evaporada y seguir removiendo hasta que empiece a hervir y tome punto al evaporar el l\u00edquido, sazonar con sal, az\u00facar y mantequilla. Reservar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Para las verduras: <\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pu\u00f1ado de tomatitos cherry <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pu\u00f1ado de arvejas chinas <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pu\u00f1ado de habas <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una olla con agua fr\u00eda y sal, cocinar por separado las arvejas chinas y las habas, hasta que tengan una textura suave. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez cocidas, refrescarlas con agua fr\u00eda para detener la cocci\u00f3n.
