Bajo la consigna \u201ccambiemos el mundo comiendo\u201d, \u00d1am Bolivia tuvo espacios de di\u00e1logo, charlas, clases de cocina, mercado de productos y fiesta con comida y bebidas nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d1am Bolivia empez\u00f3 el jueves 5 de octubre, con un conversatorio para periodistas gastron\u00f3micos, donde se abordaron temas como la uni\u00f3n de la comida con la cultura y la nutrici\u00f3n. Con una ofrenda a la Pachamama y un Aphtapi, se abr\u00edo el espacio de \u00d1am Celebra, en la plaza Espa\u00f1a y el Mont\u00edculo. Se ofrecieron productos saludables y sustentables de todo el pa\u00eds. Desde el medio d\u00eda, cocineros nacionales e internacionales ense\u00f1aron sus secretos en una clase de cocina al vivo.
