Para ello echa en una olla la\u00a0<strong>leche<\/strong>\u00a0junto con el\u00a0<strong>az\u00facar<\/strong>, las\u00a0<strong>ramas de canela<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n<\/strong>, y ponla a fuego medio hasta\u00a0que hierva, es decir, hasta que veas que empieza a burbujear.<br \/>Pon el arroz en un colador bajo un chorro de agua fr\u00eda, remu\u00e9velo con tus propias manos y tenlo as\u00ed durante al menos un par de minutos para que suelte todo ese almid\u00f3n. Esto no va a afectar a la cremosidad del arroz, pero as\u00ed es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil que se te pegue.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cuando la\u00a0<strong>leche<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e9 hirviendo a\u00f1ade el\u00a0<strong>arroz<\/strong>\u00a0y baje el fuego a temperatura suave para que se cueza lentamente durante 45-50 minutos.
