Para ello, batir la mantequilla (que estar\u00e1 a temperatura ambiente) con el az\u00facar hasta blanquearla. Es decir, hasta obtener una crema.<br \/>Agregar los huevos uno a uno y seguir batiendo.<br \/>No agregar el siguiente hasta que el que acabas de incorporar est\u00e1 bien integrado.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Triturar las fresas con el yogur e incorporar a la mezcla anterior. A\u00f1adir la harina tamizada con la levadura. Mezclar y verter en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel sulfurizado, de manera que quede un cuadrado de 30 x 30 cm.<br \/>Hornear a 180 \u00baC de 12 a 15 minutos.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Una vez listo, dejar enfriar en la misma bandeja.<br \/>Mezclar los ingredientes de la crema con la batidora. Con la ayuda de un cuchillo, cortar 12 cuadrados de bizcocho, 3 por pastelito. Poner un cuadradito dentro del molde de emplatar.<br \/>Disponer un poco de crema encima, tapar con m\u00e1s bizcocho y poner m\u00e1s crema.<br \/>Terminar con\u00a0bizcocho. Formar los 4 pasteles y reservar en el congelador durante 3 horas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Poner las hojas de gelatina en remojo de agua fr\u00eda. Calentar en un cazo la mermelada colada y agregarle las fresas trituradas y la gelatina escurrida.<br \/>Esperar a que se temple.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Retirar los pastelitos del congelador y mantenerlos 2 horas en la nevera para que se descongelen un poco.<br \/>Desmoldar los\u00a0pasteles\u00a0y rebozar los laterales con\u00a0avellana\u00a0molida.
