Puedes poner una capa delgada o un poco m\u00e1s gruesa, si es que la fuente no es muy grande, no hay problema.<br \/>Ll\u00e9vala al horno, previamente calentado y d\u00e9jala durante media hora, a fuego bien bajo, algo as\u00ed como 130 grados cent\u00edgrados. Como no todos los hornos son iguales, ser\u00e1 mejor que la revises cada 10 minutos la primera vez, porque se quema con mucha facilidad. Mientras m\u00e1s delgada sea la capa, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil es que se queme. Si no le puedes poner fuego bajo, entonces necesitar\u00e1 menos tiempo. La idea es que tome ese color dorado y que se hagan los clusters o grumos, caracter\u00edsticos de la granola, con la ayuda de la miel.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Saca la fuente del horno, coloca encima las frutas secas, distribuy\u00e9ndolas uniformemente y presiona toda la preparaci\u00f3n con una cuchara de palo, para que se hagan los clusters. Hornea a la misma temperatura por unos 15 minutos m\u00e1s. Igualmente, si tu horno es fuerte, podr\u00e1 ser menos tiempo.<br \/>Pasado el tiempo, apaga el horno y deja que enfr\u00ede.
