Elimina el exceso de agua con un pa\u00f1o.<br \/>En una sart\u00e9n o plancha echa aceite al gusto y cocina los filetes de tofu a fuego medio alto durante unos 2 \u00f3 3 minutos por cada lado o hasta que se doren. Reserva.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cocina los noodles o la pasta que utilices siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante.<br \/>Mientras, en un wok caliente un poco de aceite y cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente echa todas las verduras crudas y salte durante unos 2 \u00f3 3 minutos sin dejar de remover.
