Remueve bien y cuando empiece a hervir a\u00f1ade la mezcla de leche y kuzu. Remueve constantemente durante un minuto. Ver\u00e1s que la mezcla se ir\u00e1 espesando.<br \/>Cuando pase un minuto apaga el fuego y deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cuando el relleno est\u00e9 fr\u00edo mezcla de nuevo con las varillas y rep\u00e1rtelo en los moldes para helados que tengas. Coloca los palitos y lleva los helados al congelador m\u00ednimo unas 3 horas o hasta que se hayan congelado bien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Luego hay que mezclar bien todos los ingredientes de la cobertura, excepto las almendras. Para que queden cubiertos perfectamente y bonitos es mejor hacer el doble de cantidad de cobertura y si te sobra puedes utilizarla la pr\u00f3xima vez. Pon la cobertura en un bote ajustado y alto (del tama\u00f1o de los bombones). Desmolda los helados y sum\u00e9rgelos de uno en uno en la cobertura.<br \/>Si quieres cubrirlos con almendras, primero sumerge el helado en la cobertura de chocolate. Luego reb\u00f3zalo con las almendras y vu\u00e9lvelo a sumergir en la cobertura de chocolate.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Coloca los helados encima de un papel antiadherente.
