Trituramos las lentejas o las aplastamos con un tenedor.<br \/>Pochamos la cebolla en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva virgen extra, removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se queme. Cuando la cebolla transparente a\u00f1adimos el ajo y el pimiento. Rehogamos 5-6 minutos.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Incorporamos al sofrito la pasta de lentejas, el comino, la c\u00farcuma, sal y pimienta.\u00a0Removemos muy bien y cocinamos 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos templar.<br \/>Con porciones de masa vamos formando las hamburguesas, para que salgan m\u00e1s o menos iguales. Hacemos primero bolas de tama\u00f1o similar y luego las aplastamos y acabamos de dar forma de disco. Si vemos que quedan demasiado blandas podemos rebozarlas con pan rallado.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Dejamos las hamburguesas en una bandeja sobre papel de horno y refrigeramos unas horas o, mejor a\u00fan, de un d\u00eda para otro, para que la masa se endurezca.<br \/>Si tenemos mucha prisa pasamos directamente a congelar 30 minutos, para evitar que se rompan al fre\u00edr.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite fre\u00edmos las hamburguesas 2-3 minutos por cada lado hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.
