Pela la cebolla y c\u00f3rtala en juliana fina. Lava bien el pepino y c\u00f3rtalo con una mandolina en rodajas muy finas. Pela la papaya y c\u00f3rtala en dados, haz lo mismo con la palta, pero recuerda que esta fruta conviene pelarla justo antes de servir para que no se oxide.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">El queso c\u00f3rtalo en lascas con ayuda de un pelador de verduras, y si utilizas un queso fresco c\u00f3rtalo en daditos algo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que la papaya. El jam\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n lo puedes cortar en dados si lo tienes en taco, y si no tienes ni taco ni daditos, puedes cortar unas lonchas de jam\u00f3n serrano o ib\u00e9rico en peque\u00f1as lonchas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Prepara una vinagreta al gusto con aceite de oliva virgen extra, vinagre de Jerez y sal, sin excederse con la sal porque el jam\u00f3n y el queso ya son salados, y son un contraste para el dulzor de la fruta de esta ensalada.
