Corta la sand\u00eda de forma que puedas hacer dados, la cantidad puede variar seg\u00fan lo grande que sea la sand\u00eda, si es muy grande, quiz\u00e1 dos tajadas sea mucha cantidad. <br \/>Corta el queso fresco tambi\u00e9n en dados y reserva en fr\u00edo. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Para\u00a0tostar\u00a0las almendras, pon una sart\u00e9n a calentar con unas gotas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, pon a fuego medio y a\u00f1ade las almendras, la sal y el chile en polvo, deja que las almendras se doren ligeramente, movi\u00e9ndolas de vez en cuando, y ret\u00edralas del fuego y de la sart\u00e9n para que se enfr\u00eden y no se contin\u00faen cocinando.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Prepara una vinagreta sencilla con el vinagre bals\u00e1mico, aceite de oliva virgen extra (la proporci\u00f3n es 1) y sal.<br \/>Sirve una cama de\u00a0r\u00facula\u00a0en los platos y a continuaci\u00f3n reparte la\u00a0<strong>sand\u00eda<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>queso<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>almendra<\/strong>.
