Escurre. Pon las almendras en el vaso de la batidora o robot de cocina y tritura. A\u00f1ade a la batidora el resto de ingredientes de la base (d\u00e1tiles, aceite de coco, ralladura y zumo de lim\u00f3n), y vuelve a triturar. No importa si te quedan trocitos. Forra un MOLDE de 20 CM con papel y cubre toda la superficie con la base. Aprieta con los dedos y procura que quede todo del mismo grosor. Mete a enfriar en la nevera o 15 minutos en el congelador.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pela la sand\u00eda y c\u00f3rtala en dados muy peque\u00f1itos. Reserva. Mete las l\u00e1minas de gelatina 5 minutos en agua fr\u00eda, escurre. Templa en el micro en un vaso o bol un poco de la leche de coco y disuelve las l\u00e1minas de gelatina en ella. Pon en un bol el queso crema con el resto de la leche de coco y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, y bate hasta que quede espumoso. A\u00f1ade el resto de la leche con la gelatina disuelta y tambi\u00e9n la sand\u00eda troceada (trocitos peque\u00f1os). Mezcla todo bien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Saca la base de la nevera o congelador y vierte todo sobre ella.
