Removemos bien y vertimos 2\/3 tercios del l\u00edquido en el cuenco de la pulpa y el tercio restante en el de la piel de las frutas. Removemos para que se impregnen bien y dejamos que maceren 2-3 minutos.<br \/>En una bandeja o fuente apta para horno vamos colocando la pulpa y las tiras por separado y horneamos durante 30-35 minutos.<br \/>Apagamos el horno y retiramos las tiras (los trozos de frutas los dejamos en la bandeja para que se mantengan calientes).<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ahora vamos a preparar nuestro salteado crunchy, para ello engrasamos una sart\u00e9n con una cucharada de aceite de coco (puedes usar otro aceite vegetal al gusto) y cuando est\u00e9 caliente a\u00f1adimos las tiras. Cocinamos 3-4 minutos a fuego alto (hasta que empiecen a dorarse) y en ese momento espolvoreamos la harina de almendra y removemos durante 2-3 minutos m\u00e1s.<br \/>Las retiramos de la sart\u00e9n y dejamos que templen. Pasados unos minutos las guardamos en un frasco de cristal herm\u00e9tico para que se conserven mejor si no vamos a consumirlas todas al momento.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ahora s\u00f3lo nos queda el pudin.
