(aprox 220 grados C).<br \/>Mezcla los camotes picados, media cucharadita de sal y el aceite de oliva. Vac\u00eda a la charola para hornear y hornea por 15-20 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos pero firmes.<br \/>Mientras los camotes se hornean, pica los jitomates, cilantro y el chile.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cubre los granos de ma\u00edz con agua y descong\u00e9lalos (o cocinalos si son frescos) en el horno de microondas por un minuto. Si lo prefieres puedes cocinarlos en una olla sobre la estufa. Escurre.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Agrega el elote desgranado, la cebolla, los frijoles negros escurridos, el jugo del lim\u00f3n y la otra media cucharadita de sal a la mezcla del tomate. Agrega pimienta al gusto.<br \/>Saca\u00a0los camotes del\u00a0horno y d\u00e9jalos\u00a0enfriar por unos 10\u00a0minutos.
