Despu\u00e9s los cortamos por la mitad longitudinalmente.<br \/>Los lavamos bajo el grifo y\u00a0<strong>los escaldamos<\/strong>\u00a0en una olla con 1 litro de\u00a0<strong>agua<\/strong>\u00a0y un poco de\u00a0<strong>sal\u00a0<\/strong>durante un par de minutos.<br \/>Mientras se escaldan, cortamos<strong>\u00a0la media cebolla<\/strong>\u00a0en juliana.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de\u00a0<strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong>\u00a0y una pizca de sal, la ponemos a pochar a fuego lento hasta que est\u00e9 trasparente.<br \/>A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adimos\u00a0la crema,\u00a0<strong>la<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>pimienta blanca<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>la albahaca fresca picada<\/strong>, mezclamos bien y dejamos cocinar 5 minutos a fuego lento.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cuando los cogollos hayan pasado dos minutos en el agua, apagamos el fuego.\u00a0Los sacamos con una espumadera y los\u00a0<strong>dejamos enfriar<\/strong>. Cuando se templen lo suficiente como para poder manipularlos, los apretamos con las manos para\u00a0<strong>escurrir todo el agua<\/strong>\u00a0extra.<br \/>Los ponemos en una bandeja apta para el horno y encima colocamos\u00a0<strong>dos rodajas de mozarella de b\u00fafala<\/strong>\u00a0en cada medio cogollo.<br \/><\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Cuando est\u00e9 listo\u00a0el guiso de crema, lo incorporamos tambi\u00e9n a la bandeja donde tenemos los cogollos, ba\u00f1\u00e1ndolos.<br \/>Introducimos la bandeja en el horno a\u00a0<strong>180\u00ba durante 10 minutos<\/strong>.
