Lo mejor es que est\u00e9n durante 8 horas en agua. Si tienes mucha prisa, puedes calentar un cazo con agua caliente y dejar los anacardos 2 horas en remojo.<br \/>Primero empezamos con la base. A\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes a tu procesadora y tritura hasta que tengas una pasta manejable.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Haz una bola con la masa y exti\u00e9ndela sobre un molde rectangular forrado de papel de horno (as\u00ed evitar\u00e1s que se pegue a la base del molde). Ay\u00fadate con las manos para presionar la base e igualarla.<br \/>Guarda la base en el frigor\u00edfico durante al menos 2 horas para que compacte antes de a\u00f1adirle la cobertura.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Escurre los anacardos y a\u00f1\u00e1delos a tu batidora o procesadora con el resto de ingredientes: frambuesas, aceite de coco derretido, agave y a\u00e7a\u00ed. Procesa hasta que tengas una mezcla homog\u00e9nea y sin grumos.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Saca la base del brownie de la nevera y vierte la cobertura de a\u00e7a\u00ed. Exti\u00e9ndela bien y de manera uniforme. Vuelve a meter todo en la nevera otras dos horas para que se solidifique.
