Verter el vino blanco, el caldo de verduras, y bajar la intensidad del fuego de moderado a bajo. Mantener as\u00ed la cocci\u00f3n,<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Calentar la mantequilla en una cacerola aparte y sofre\u00edr la otra mitad de las cebollas. Remover constantemente. Incorporar a la sart\u00e9n con la mantequilla la harina, y rehogar hasta que coja un poco de color.\u00a0Agregar la leche. Cocinar hasta obtener una salsa m\u00e1s o menos espesa. Sal pimentar esta especie de salsa bechamel r\u00e1pida.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1adir la salsa de harina, cebolla y leche en la cazuela del pollo. Agregar a la cazuela del pollo los champi\u00f1ones y pasas. Sazonar el pollo en salsa con vino blanco con nuez moscada, pimienta negra y sal.
