Sum\u00e9rgelas en un recipiente con agua, normalmente durante 10-15 minutos (te lo indicar\u00e1 el paquete).<br \/>En una sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1ade\u00a0<strong>aceite<\/strong>\u00a0(que casi cubra el fondo) y a\u00f1ade la cebolla y la zanahoria. Rehoga a fuego medio hasta que la cebolla empiece a verse transparente.<br \/>A\u00f1ade la\u00a0<strong>carne picada<\/strong>, m\u00e9zclala con el resto de ingredientes y ve separ\u00e1ndola con la esp\u00e1tula. A\u00f1ade\u00a0<strong>sal<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>pimienta<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>or\u00e9gano<\/strong>\u00a0al gusto.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Cuando la carne deje de estar rosada, a\u00f1ade el vaso de\u00a0<strong>vino blanco<\/strong>\u00a0y deja que se evapore el alcohol.<br \/>A\u00f1ade el\u00a0<strong>tomate<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>leche<\/strong>, y d\u00e9jalo cocer todo durante 20 minutos, para que los sabores se fusionen y la textura sea suave.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> En un cazo a fuego suave, a\u00f1ade las dos cucharadas de\u00a0<strong>mantequilla<\/strong>, y cuando\u00a0la mantequilla se deshaga y se quede l\u00edquida, incorpora las cucharadas de\u00a0<strong>harina<\/strong>\u00a0y revu\u00e9lvelo todo muy bien, para que se forme una pasta homog\u00e9nea y no queden grumos de harina. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade un poco de\u00a0<strong>leche<\/strong>\u00a0(medio vaso) y sigue mezclando bien. Cuando se haya integrado todo, a\u00f1ade el resto de la leche y no dejes de remover con unas varillas o una cuchara, para que no se te pegue en el fondo. A\u00f1ade\u00a0<strong>sal<\/strong>\u00a0al gusto, y tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>especias<\/strong>, por ejemplo pimienta negra molida y or\u00e9gano.<br \/>Cuando la salsa est\u00e9\u00a0<strong>cremosa<\/strong>\u00a0y con la textura adecuada, ap\u00e1rtala del fuego y res\u00e9rvala. Si en el momento de a\u00f1adirla a la lasa\u00f1a est\u00e1 un poco espesa, a\u00f1ade un chorrito\u00a0de leche y remueve bien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> <strong>Precalienta el horno a 200\u00baC.<\/strong><br \/>Comienza a\u00a0<strong>montar la lasa\u00f1a<\/strong>: en una bandeja de horno (que puedes forrarla con papel de horno para que no se te pegue), echa un poco de bechamel para cubrir la base ligeramente y coloca 4 l\u00e1minas de\u00a0<strong>pasta<\/strong>\u00a0y encima\u00a0un tercio de la salsa bolo\u00f1esa. Realiza este proceso 3 veces y coloca una \u00faltima capa de l\u00e1minas de pasta\u00a0y encima la\u00a0<strong>bechamel<\/strong>\u00a0cubriendo por completo todas las l\u00e1minas, ralla\u00a0<strong>queso<\/strong>\u00a0por encima y espolvorea un poco de\u00a0<strong>or\u00e9gano<\/strong>. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Hornea la lasa\u00f1a durante\u00a0<strong>15 minutos a 180\u00baC<\/strong>. Cuando veas que el queso se ha dorado ligeramente es que est\u00e1 lista.
