Cuece la quinoa seg\u00fan las instrucciones del fabricante (abajo te damos las instrucciones para ello).\u00a0Pela las remolachas con un pelador, luego utiliza un rallador de caja en la parte de los agujeros grandes para rallarlas. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n ancha. Agrega la cebolla y cocina, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos, 5-10 minutos. Agrega el ajo, las remolachas ralladas, y una pizca grande de sal. Revuelve, cubre la sart\u00e9n y deja que la mezcla se cocine, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que la remolacha est\u00e9 tierna, aproximadamente 5 minutos. Retira del fuego y desglasa agregando el vinagre y rascando el fondo de la sart\u00e9n.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> En un bol grande, combina la mezcla de garbanzos cocidos, quinoa y remolacha, y tritura con un machacador de patatas para romper los garbanzos ligeramente. Agrega el perejil, la ralladura y el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el huevo, la avena y 1\/4 de cucharadita de sal hasta que se combinen. Divide la mezcla en 6 porciones iguales y forma las hamburguesas con las manos, haciendo primero una bola y aplast\u00e1ndolas despu\u00e9s. Si ves que no quedan compactas puedes a\u00f1adir a la mezcla un huevo adicional o m\u00e1s avena.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Cubre el fondo de una sart\u00e9n ancha con aceite. Agrega con cuidado las hamburguesas. Cocina 2-3 minutos por cada lado hasta que est\u00e9 dorada y seca, reduciendo el calor si la hamburguesa se dora demasiado r\u00e1pido.
