Ponerlas en un recipiente preferentemente de cobre con el az\u00facar.<br \/>Mezclar bien, tapar el recipiente y dejar durante 2 o 3 horas o hasta que la fruta saque su jugo y se mezcle con el az\u00facar. Llevar al fuego siempre revolviendo y cuando empieza a hervir dejar 15 minutos m\u00e1s y retirar. Dejar que la mermelada enfr\u00ede y espese.<br \/>Reservar para la cheesecake. Es preferible que esta mermelada se haga dos d\u00edas antes, as\u00ed se asienta bien y toma m\u00e1s gusto.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong> Base del cheesecake<br \/><\/strong>Poner las galletas en el procesador y procesarlas hasta convertirlas en polvo.<br \/>Agregar la mantequilla derretida y procesar solo lo necesario hasta integrar la mantequilla y formar una masa. <strong>El molde:<\/strong>\u00a0Se utiliza un molde desmontable de 24 cm de di\u00e1metro.<br \/>Se forra el fondo con acetato,(puede ser nailon, papel aluminio o papel blanco). Se vuelca la masa de galletas y se presiona bien con el\u00a0<strong>rev\u00e9s de una cuchara<\/strong>\u00a0hasta que quede todo el fondo cubierto.<br \/>Se lleva a la heladera o al congelador mientras seguimos haciendo la cheesecake.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"><strong> Cheesecake<br \/><\/strong>Poner \u00bd taza de leche en una taza y espolvorear la gelatina. Dejar unos minutos que se hidrate.<br \/>Una vez hidratada ponerla unos segundos en el microondas para diluirla\u00a0<strong>sin que llegue a hervir<\/strong>.<br \/>Colocar\u00a0la leche condensada en un recipiente y batirla un poco con batidor de mano.<br \/>Agregar la gelatina diluida y mezclar.<br \/>Reservar.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Aparte, batir la crema de leche y cuando empieza a espesar agregar la mermelada de moras.<br \/>Continuar batiendo mientras se agrega el queso crema. Retirar de la batidora e incorporar la\u00a0<strong>leche condensada<\/strong>\u00a0con la gelatina. Si al incorporar la leche condensada notamos que ya coagul\u00f3 por el efecto de la gelatina, la llevamos a fuego suave siempre mezclando hasta que se diluya nuevamente.<br \/>La retiramos y la vertemos con la\u00a0<strong>crema de leche<\/strong>\u00a0y el queso crema. Mezclamos r\u00e1pidamente todo hasta homogeneizar la preparaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Retiramos el molde del refrigerador y si el molde que utilizamos no es antiadherente, pincelamos los bordes con aceite neutro o forramos con papel acetato.<br \/>Volcamos la preparaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>emparejamos bien<\/strong>\u00a0y ponemos en el refrigerador (no en el congelador) durante 5 o 6 horas. Retiramos, para desmoldar primero pasamos, delicadamente una esp\u00e1tula por todo el contorno y desmoldamos.<br \/>Terminamos cubriendo con\u00a0<strong>mermelada de moras<\/strong>\u00a0toda la superficie, dejando que naturalmente caiga por los bordes.
