Lavamos, secamos y cortamos por la mitad las papas.<br \/>Las salpimentamos, las ponemos en una bandeja de horno y echamos un chorrito de aceite por encima.<br \/>Asamos las patatas en el horno durante unos 35 minutos, las sacamos y dejamos que se atemperen.<br \/>Pelamos el pepino y lo cortamos en daditos.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\"> Mezclamos la mayonesa con el curry.
