Cubrir con papel\u00a0film\u00a0y\u00a0refrigerar\u00a0m\u00ednimo 4\u00a0horas.\u00a0Comprobar que las galletas est\u00e1n bien humedecidas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Poner a calentar 150 ml de crema en un cazo y dejar que arranque a hervir. Retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir 150 g de chocolate negro troceada. Remover y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente removiendo de vez en cuando. Sacar la plancha de vainillas y extender el\u00a0ganache\u00a0de chocolate\u00a0en toda la superficie.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Picar 50 g de chocolate negro. Semi montar 150 ml de crema y a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar molida. Acabar de montar la crema y mezclar 50 g de chocolate picado. Colocar la\u00a0stracciatella\u00a0en una manga pastelera y repartirla en el centro de la plancha.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Con ayuda del papel\u00a0film\u00a0enrollar las vainillas llegando hasta el centro. Apretar firmemente el papel\u00a0film. Poner unas pinzas de tender\u00a0que ayudar\u00e1n a mantener firme durante la refrigeraci\u00f3n. Refrigerar toda la noche.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Poner los\u00a0100 ml de crema restantes a calentar y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. Retirar el cazo y a\u00f1adir los 50 g de chocolate\u00a0restantes. Remover y refrigerar toda la noche. Sacar el\u00a0brazo de la nevera y retirar cuidadosamente el\u00a0film\u00a0transparente. Poner en la bandeja de presentaci\u00f3n. Montar la trufa y\u00a0poner en una manga pastelera con boquilla rizada.
