Para ello, las extendemos sobre una hoja de papel absorbente de cocina, colocamos otra hoja encima y presionamos ligeramente con la palma de la mano, con\u00a0<strong>cuidado de no romper ninguna hoja<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Eliminar toda el agua\u00a0<strong>es un paso importante<\/strong>, as\u00ed que hay que tom\u00e1rselo con calma. La albahaca es una planta muy delicada que tiene a oxidarse con facilidad. Cualquier gota de agua o cualquier desgarro de las hojas producir\u00e1 un cambio en el color de nuestro pesto, volvi\u00e9ndolo oscuro en lugar de quedar verde brillante y claro.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Mientras las hojas de albahaca se secan, pelamos los dientes de ajo, los cortamos en dos, a lo largo, y retiramos el g\u00e9rmen. Tostamos los pi\u00f1ones en una sart\u00e9n,\u00a0<strong>sin aceite<\/strong>. Colocamos todos los ingredientes en el vaso de un robot de cocina, junto con la mitad del aceite y una pizca de sal, y trituramos.<br \/>Cuando hayamos obtenido una papilla y\u00a0<strong>no se aprecien trozos de pi\u00f1ones ni de albahaca<\/strong>, dejamos de triturar para a\u00f1adir el resto del aceite.
