Pasar los dientes de ajo por una prensa o\u00a0rallarlos finos; retirar el germen si se prefiere m\u00e1s suave o usar ajos confitados.<br \/>Calentar el aceite de oliva ligeramente en una cazuela ancha y a\u00f1adir la hortaliza. Dar unas vueltas, echar el ajo, remover, tapar y dejar cocinar unos 10 minutos hasta que\u00a0empiece a estar tierna, que se pueda atravesar con un tenedor.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">A\u00f1adir un poco de sal, el piment\u00f3n, el comino molido, el zumo de lim\u00f3n y la pasta de aj\u00ed. Continuar cociendo a fuego medio-suave,\u00a0machacando la calabaza\u00a0poco a poco, hasta obtener una textura cremosa.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Probar y\u00a0ajustar\u00a0la cantidad de sal, lim\u00f3n, aceite o especias, o a\u00f1adir un poco de vinagre.
