A\u00f1ade el zumo de lim\u00f3n y el piment\u00f3n, salpimenta y tritura hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea.<br \/>Lava el calabac\u00edn, s\u00e9calo y quita las puntas. C\u00f3rtalo en rodajas muy finas. Lava y pica los tallos de cebollino.\u00a0<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n y rehoga el calabac\u00edn 3 o 4 minutos. Salpimenta y reserva.<br \/>Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n abundante agua salada en una olla. A\u00f1ade los tallarines, cu\u00e9celos el tiempo que indique el envase y esc\u00farrelos, reservando 2 cucharadas del agua de cocci\u00f3n. Diluye en ella el azafr\u00e1n, incorp\u00f3ralo a la crema de aguacate y remueve bien.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ralla fino el queso.<br \/>Disp\u00f3n los tallarines en una fuente y a\u00f1ade el calabac\u00edn. Reparte por encima la crema de aguacate y remueve suavemente.
