En otros t\u00e9rminos, \u201cel relieve constituye el factor modificador del clima de mayor importancia, por lo que los distintos tipos clim\u00e1ticos est\u00e1n relacionados principalmente con la altitud relativa determinada por ese relieve\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas regiones no son como cualquier otra, pues se encuentran a grandes altitudes y se enfrentan a climas extremos, pero de igual forma tienen caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas que no solo los hacen exquisitos, sino tambi\u00e9n sorprendentes. De hecho, de nuestras tierras nacieron muchos elementos que hoy en d\u00eda son indispensables en las cocinas del mundo como por ejemplo el man\u00ed, aj\u00ed, singani, papa y chu\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos y muchos otros m\u00e1s elementos, los platillos comenzaron a crearse, fruto de la experimentaci\u00f3n e influencia incluso junto con otros pa\u00edses.
