Forre una bandeja con papel encerado, o c\u00fabrala con una fina capa de mantequilla, y harina. Ralle el queso mozzarella por la parte m\u00e1s gruesa del rallador de queso. Reserve.<br \/>Disponga un bol de mezclas grande, y vierta dentro de \u00e9l la mantequilla derretida, el huevo, la leche y la pizca de sal. Pruebe el queso primero y ajuste la cantidad de sal en funci\u00f3n del contenido de sal del queso. Mezcle con una cuchara.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Seguidamente agregue el almid\u00f3n tamizado con el polvo de hornear. Incorp\u00f3relo en tandas, poco a poco para evitar que se formen grumos. Revuelva con una paleta de cocina hasta que todas las part\u00edculas de almid\u00f3n est\u00e9n correctamente hidratadas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Vierta el queso por encima; y a amasar.<br \/>Amase hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea, de consistencia suave y agradable. La masa se debe despegar f\u00e1cilmente de sus manos, y del bol. Si considera que la masa est\u00e1 muy seca, agregue una cucharadita de leche, en caso contrario, espolvoree con un poco de almid\u00f3n hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Divida la masa en nueve a diez porciones de tama\u00f1o similar. Forme las bolitas y p\u00f3ngalas sobre la bandeja, dejando unos tres cent\u00edmetros de espacio entre una y otra porque crecen un poco.<br \/>Ll\u00e9velos al horno por veinte a veinticinco minutos a 150\u00b0C\/300\u00b0F hasta que est\u00e9n totalmente doraditos. Ret\u00edrelos del horno, y disfr\u00fatelos calientes.
