Ponemos una olla al fuego con abundante agua, suficiente para que cubra el jengibre y llevamos a ebullici\u00f3n. Una vez que hierva\u00a0<strong>mantenemos la cocci\u00f3n durante 10 minutos a fuego medio<\/strong>, cuando pase el tiempo escurrimos en un colador el\u00a0jengibre\u00a0y repetimos esta misma operaci\u00f3n de nuevo.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">En otra olla, mezclamos los 500 gramos de agua de la receta con los 400 gramos de az\u00facar, a\u00f1adimos la pizca de sal, y el jengibre escurrido y\u00a0<strong>cocinamos hasta que la temperatura llegue a 106 grados cent\u00edgrados<\/strong>. Retiramos del fuego.
