Una vez hierva la mezcla inmediatamente baje el fuego, cubra la olla y cocine hasta que est\u00e9n muy suaves y la mayor parte del agua se haya absorbido, por unos 20 minutos.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">En un taz\u00f3n, haga los garbanzos pur\u00e9 con la ayuda de un machacador de papas. Una vez en pur\u00e9, agregue las cebollas, el perejil, el Sazonador Total, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y el amaranto cocido.
