Cortar las papas a la mitad y saltearlas con mantequilla. Posteriormente sazonar con sal y aji ahumado El Comedor Popular. Calentar el horno a 180\u00b0 c. Sazonar la trucha con la sal de hinojo El Comedor Popular, aceite de oliva y lim\u00f3n. Colocar la trucha en papel aluminio, junto a los tomatitos cherry y el ajo aplastado para aromatizar, poner el queso rallado encima de la preparaci\u00f3n anterior.
